Hairline:
In typefaces where there is considerable contrast between thick and thin strokes, the thinnest strokes. Also used in dtp programs to define the finest line which they can reproduce.
Hanging Indentation:
Type set with the first line of the paragraph flush left (or ‘full out’), and subsequent lines indented.
Hinting:
Hints may be included in fonts to ensure that the fonts displayed are easily read on a low resolution screen.
H&J:
Abbreviation of hyphenation and justification.
