Font Designer – Lukas Schneider

Lukas Schneider was born in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. His passion for letterforms formed when he was a teenager. Whilst studying at the Hochschule für Gestaltung (HfG) in Offenbach Lukas deepened into typography even deeper and designed a number of typefaces, including FF Utility which evolved from his thesis project. Lukas also holds a Master Degree in Type Design from the Type & Media program at The Royal Academy of Arts (KABK) in The Hague, the Netherlands. He has held workshops and lectures at various design academies and works as designer and type designer in his studio snider inc. in Frankfurt am Main.
