1. Can my Linotype.com Web Fonts account be transferred to a different user?
No, Linotype.com Web Fonts accounts cannot be transferred.

2. What pricing options are available?
This depends on whether or not you have purchased the “Pay as you go” or “Pay once” model.
Price options for “Pay as you go”: Our options include various page view packages, so that you can find the best solution for your needs at any time. The packages start with 250,000 page views. The more you purchase, the lower the price per page view. Take a page view package for a font that costs 29 USD/EUR, for example: if you increase the package from 250,000 to 10,000,000, the price per page view drops from 0.12USD/EUR  to 0.04USD/EUR .

Price options for “Pay once”: In this license model, you purchase the fonts once and can select the number of monthly page views individually, based on the amount of traffic you expect for your site. If you operate multiple Web sites, you can use the web fonts on the various sites, as long as the combined traffic of all sites does not exceed the number of purchased page views. If you get more traffic than you had estimated, you can pay for the additional, expected page views.
You can choose the number of monthly page views – the larger the number of page views, the more you pay for the web font.

3. I have inadvertently purchased a license for the wrong font format. Can I change it?
As a general rule, yes, assuming that your order is not more than 30 days old. Simply buy the correct license for the font you want to use. Send us both your new and your old order reference number and we will cancel the order placed in error and your money will be refunded. Your new purchase must be of a similar product at a comparable price. You will need to delete the font you purchased by mistake as the license for this font will be cancelled, meaning that you are no longer authorized to use it.

4. Can I still cancel my order?
As long as you did not confirm your order by clicking the “Submit Order” button within the ordering process, you can remove any font from your shopping cart by clicking on the trash symbol of the appropriate product. Furthermore, if you have purchased but not downloaded a font, you can send us an email with your order reference number and we will refund your order, provided it is not older than 30 days.

5. I need to use the same font for both print and Web use? Is there a related discount for purchasing both?
When you acquire a Web font from us, you have the option of purchasing the corresponding desktop font at a discount of 50%. Go to our Family page or use your shopping cart to purchase (valid for basic license up to five workstations).

6. What license models for web fonts does Linotype.com offer?

You can purchase the web fonts of the Monotype original library using the “Pay as you go” model. Most fonts from our partner foundries are available in the “Pay once” model.
