Oscar 2010-awarded Movies

For typophiles a movie poster is so much more than a pretty picture. At Linotype we’re often asked about the fonts used in movie posters, so we responded by devoting part of our web site to them. While most are aware of Trajan’s dubious ‘movie font’ accolade, it’s most certainly not the only typographic star. This year’s Oscar-winning stars, both serif and sans are identified in our 2010 Oscar types. You are cordially invited to attend the première.
