Wolpe Pegasus

Berthold Wolpe drew the Pegasus typeface as a text counterpart to his Albertus® design. At first glance the two faces look very similar. A closer inspection, however, reveals many subtle differences drawn to enable Pegasus to perform well in a wide range of sizes.

Wolpe Pegasus™ is a digital interpretation of Wolpe’s original design – capturing the distinctive and somewhat inconsistent nature of the typeface. It’s two weights and corresponding italic counterparts are lively designs that excel in both hardcopy and interactive environments.

Wolpe Pegasus is one of the five designs in The Wolpe Collection of typefaces.
