Say Cheese
Smile please: Say Cheese!
Behind the original concept for Say Cheese™ is calligrapher Alan Blackman, who laboured for several years on getting the form of the characters right. Working in partnership with Andy Benedek, Alan Blackman was able to finalise his lowercase typeface in 2012, the year in which the smiley emoticon celebrates its 30th anniversary! The happy, smiling characters of Say Cheese are ideal for setting cheerful and light-hearted short texts in larger point sizes.
