Shatter is an experimental font from Vic Carless, designed in 1973. Despite the centuries between the year of its creation and today, the font still has a distinctly modern feel. The figures look as though they broken up by pieces of glass, a result of the diagonal, fragmented pieces which make up the individual characters. The figures refuse to take on any definite form, making Shatter a very flexible, dynamic font. Shatter is best used for headlines in point sizes of 24 and larger.
