Hello Mr. Frutiger, Happy Birthday to you. I am a designer and work in an advertising firm in London Ontario. We make a lot of newspaper advertising, some of the really good ones :) and we use your fonts a lot. There is not a day in my work week that I don't use one of the Avenir, Frutiger or Universe family for the my ads. I love Avenir the most as to me it is a very honest font, easy to read and therefore great for ads that have to deliver information. My best wishes goes to you on your birthday.
