Industria™ a été conçue par le spécialiste britannique du graphisme, Neville Brody. Destinée à l'origine au magazine The Face, elle a été publiée comme fonte par Linotype GmbH en 1989. Industria est une police étroite, sans empattement, aux formes épurées. Elle possède une structure mécanique systémisée de traits droits, avec des coins extérieurs arrondis et des contre-poinçons rectangulaires.
La version pleine évoque la force tranquille, avec un côté réservé ; la version détourée offre un contraste vibrant, artistique. Les lettres g et t minuscules de sa variante sont plus flamboyantes.
Linotype GmbH propose quatre versions originales de la fonte Brody : Insignia, Industria Solid, Industria Inline et Arcadia. Ses réalisations sont admirées et reconnues dans le monde entier pour leur style innovant.
