Hannes von Döhren

Hannes von Döhren est né à Berlin en 1979. Après avoir terminé ses études de design graphique en 2005, il travaille dans une agence de publicité de Hambourg. Depuis 2007, il est designer graphique indépendant à Berlin, ce qui lui permet également de se consacrer à l’élaboration de fontes.
Linotype a publié Quench® en 2008, première des fontes de Hannes von Döhren à entrer dans la bibliothèque Linotype. En 2009, Hannes von Döhren a ajouté Opal™, Snoogle™ (dessinée en collaboration avec Raimo Böse), Klint™ et ITC ITC Chino™ (créée avec Livius Dietzel ).
