Marc Lubbers, 1994A display font of the TakeType No. 2.1. Linotype Impacta™ is part of the Take Type Library, which features the winners of Linotype’s International Digital Type Design Contest from 1994 to 1997. Dutch artist Marc Lubbers designed Impacta™ with little contrast between strokes, rather, he depended on the slope of the strokes to give his font character.
