Introduction:
Here is an autumn treat: multitudes of new font Value Packs online. There are now over 4,000 packages! Along with these is a new way to license fonts from our premium Platinum Collection: we have introduced a series of Platinum Collection Value Packs, each offering the base fonts of a Platinum family at a lower price! Another sale in store is on the Adobe® Type Collection, OpenType® Edition CD-ROM. Including more than 2,100 fonts in the OpenType format, this font library contains a comprehensive selection of popular Adobe fonts. And for this issue’s last item, our Type Director’s column “Akira says ...” returns to shed light on inter-letter spacing.
