Font Designer – Jim Parkinson

Jim Parkinson is principal of Parkinson Type Design, specializing in design of typefaces and typographic logos, including those for Newsweek, Rolling Stone, the San Francisco Examiner, The Atlanta Journal, Parenting, and (in collaboration with Roger Black and Ann Pomeroy) Esquire. He has drawn display typefaces for Rolling Stone, Newsweek, The New York Times Magazine, and the San Francisco Chronicle, and was one of the designers of ITC Bodoni.
