Vialog® is based on a normally proportioned transportation typeface that Professor Werner Schneider designed as 'Euro Type' for the German Federal Transportation Ministry in 1988. Vialog® Signs Arrows Two gehört zur Vialog® Signs Schriftfamilie, die in der Linotype Originals enthalten ist.
Die 14 Symbol- und Pfeil-Fonts, die zu Vialog™ Signs zusammengefasst sind, wurden als Begleitung für die Vialog™ geschaffen, eine speziell für die typografischen Bedürfnisse der Transportindustrie und der Informationssysteme entwickelte Schriftfamilie. Diese zweckdienlichen und cleveren Zeichen harmonieren perfekt mit den Vialog-Alphabeten, lassen sich jedoch auch allein oder zusammen mit anderen Schriften verwenden. Die umfassenden Zeichensätze enthalten nicht nur die Symbole, die in der Transportindustrie üblich sind, sondern zusätzlich auch solche aus Bereichen wie Elektronik und Sport. Das Sortiment besteht aus vier Schnitten mit Pfeilen (passend zu den Vialog-Schriftschnitten), Sport Signs, Conduct Signs, Communication Signs, Community Signs, Direction Signs und Transport Signs.
