Bei der Entstehung der F2F (Face2Face)-Familie standen der Techno-Sound der 1990er-Jahre, ein PC, Font-Creation-Software und natürlich ein Schuss Kreativität Pate. Alessio Leonardi und Freunde erhielten den Auftrag zur Gestaltung von neuen, ungewöhnlichen Schriften zur Verwendung in der damals führenden deutschen Zeitschrift der Technoszene, ¿Frontpage¿. Selbst in so kleinen Größen wie 6 Punkt war es für die Kids eine Freude, die Texte zu entziffern.
