Summertime Designs

! Welcome to the Current Issue of the LinoLetter ! Subscribe Unsubscribe

Introduction:

For your review this month, we have a new package of exhilarating summer fonts, the sophisticated brush face Vladimir Script, and Kismet – a surreptitiously ornate display design. Additionally, we have launched a new section website, named Fonts in Focus, and we have found a fabulous link, which offers an intriguing new way to search for books: Amaztype.

Have fonts of fun!
Summertime Value Pack
Compose your summer with Linotype’s newest Value Pack! Fun, party designs have never been easier to design than with this collection of five fonts. Download them during the month of July for just USD/EUR 29,50.
Vladimir Script
Inside Linotype’s treasure chest of fonts is this gem from 1995: Vladimir Andrevich´s Vladimir Script. The perfect choice to clothe noble and elegant products, this typeface is best used in larger sizes, allowing its details waltz across the display. Vladimir Script looks fabulous on signs, cards and packaging.
Kismet
John F. Cumming’s Kismet is mysterious, beautiful, and still hip. Who would guess that this design was first produced in 1879? In 1993, Linotype’s expects crafted our contemporary digital version. When used sparingly in headlines, this extravagant typeface is sure to attract attention.
Fonts in Focus
Should it be a sans serif, a text face, a script font, or perhaps a Blackletter? Every month selected fonts are chosen from the depths of Linotype’s collection for your perusal.
Amaztype
Typographic fun from Japan. Just as you would on Amazon.com’s website, input a search term into Amaztype. The letters of the searched-for word will then spell themselves out, formed by images of the products you are looking for! Each of these images has all necessary product information embedded within it, and is zoomable! A great distraction for those who are bored at work.

Customers may now purchase products from our Webshop via Bank Transfer. Also, with every order, make sure to ask for your free Linotype poster set.
Banktransfer
Aside from credit card payment, it is now possible to pay for purchases from the Linotype website with funds from your bank account: simply arrange a Bank Transfer. After we have obtained the funds from your bank, you will receive an E-mail from us containing the download-location of your purchase. Should you have already done two successful purchases: You are eligible to purchase and download licenses worth up to USD/EUR 2,500 in advance. (Linotype reserves the right to determine credit worthiness).
Posterset GoldEdition
The Linotype GoldPoster set (includes five posters) is just THE thing for typography fans – it not only looks good, it also contains a lot of useful information. Almost all of the 6,000+ fonts from our Webshop are displayed.
