Font Designer – Carl Albert Fahrenwaldt

Carl Albert Fahrenwaldt was born on April 20, 1864 in Szczecin, Poland, and died on November 24, 1941 in Stuttgart. He completed an apprenticeship in lithography and graphic arts from 1878 to 1882. He went on to work as a clerk at various art institutions in Germany. From 1891 to 1895 he was a civil servant at the Royal Württemberg Lithographic Institute in Stuttgart. He worked as a graphic designer in Stuttgart from 1895 to 1939.
