 Font Designer: Lennart Hansson Runa Serif is an award-winning typeface by Swedish designer Lennart Hansson. Inspired by forms in ancient Viking runes, this work won the Nordic Typeface Competition in Copenhagen. While its roots are from the old, the letterforms have a wildly futuristic feeling. The semi-serif characters are individualistic and unlike other typefaces – which makes it great for logos and display text. Its traditional proportions help it to be legible and not too distracting; but its edgy details make it distinctive from other designs. |
