Payment Options

Download your font order directly by using your Credit Card

This is the fasted method of payment we recommend most for our customers; placing orders at Linotype.com with your Credit Card allows you immediate access to your purchased fonts!

Your credit card account will be charged in US dollars if you are shopping from a non-European country, or in euros if you are shopping from a country inside Europe. Linotype will add no currency exchange fees to your purchase amount.

Your Credit Card information will be encrypted for transfer over the Internet. This encryption is secure; our web server uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer), which is the industry standard, and the best software available today for secured commercial transactions.

After you have entered all of your Credit Card data (card type, number, security code, and expiration date), you will be able to download your fonts immediately.

Buy with PayPal

You will be asked to log into your PayPal account. If you are not registered with PayPal, you will be able to register before completing your purchase. Your account at PayPal will only be charged after you confirm your order in an additional step of the checkout process.

After confirming your order on the Linotype website, you also authorize and instruct PayPal to transfer the amount of purchase from your PayPal account to Linotype. More information about PayPal is available.

It may take up to a few days for us to receive your funds from PayPal, depending on your account and your payment method with them. We will release your products either for download or shipment once your funds have arrived. Please expect a payment confirmation e-mail from us! In order to download your products, you will be guided to Linotype˘s download pages, where you will find your order listed.

Pay via Click&Buy

You will be automatically taken to the Click&Buy payment site after you confirmed your order.
If you are already a Click&Buy customer, you will be asked to enter your username and password in the corresponding fields on the Click&Buy payment pages. If you have not registered with Click&Buy before, you will be able register before completing your purchase. More information about Click&Buy.

After the payment is done we will release your products either for download or shipment. Please expect a payment confirmation e-mail. For download you will be guided to the download pages where you will find your products for download.
