Font Designer – Dee Densmore-D'Amico
Designer Dee Densmore-D’Amico created ITC Deelirous™ in 1998.
It is his first typeface and its name comes from the astounding number of D’s packed into her name. The design came from her own handwriting and has added much to the graphic design in and around her home base in Syracuse, New York. The difference between capital and lower case is sometimes arbitrary but this characteristic and the many alternate letter forms give the ITC Deelirious the spontaneity and naturalness of true handwriting.
