Zapfino Extra Pro includes a large character set and numerous OpenType features. Not all the characters are directly accessible via the keyboard, and not all features are available through the Character palette or the OpenType palette. Use both keyboard shortcuts and the glyph palette together to achieve maximum results!
Use the Glyphs palette in Indesign CS, Illustrator CS or Photoshop CS to access features that are otherwise difficult to access, such as Ornaments or hyper-flourishes.
