German designer Martina Theisen created the fonts Linotype Astrolo™, Linotype Creatures™, Linotype Improfil™, Linotype Maenneken™, Linotype Smileface™ and Linotype Typentypo™ in 2002. Alle these fonts are included in the new TakeType No 4 which contains 182 fresh, new, experimental, freaky and above all contemporary fonts.

German designer Martina Theisen developed Linotype Astrolo in 2002. This symbol font, which contains 69 pictograms, was inspired by the signs of the zodiac. The characters in her font all appear to have been hand drawn with a brush, or a fine felt-tipped marker, making them much more aesthetically pleasing than your run-of-the-mill astrological symbols.
