Designed by John Bomparte in 2010
The type foundry launched in 2006 offers the typefaces designed by John Bomparte. He discovered his passion for typography while at art college and he later worked as assistant to Ed Benguiat at Photo-Lettering, Inc. The typefaces that constitute Bomparte’s Fonts cover a wide variety of different styles, from experimental to retro. Among the many new designs there are a few remakes to be discovered.

Black Swan BF combines blackletter with elements of Art Nouveau. This attractive and elegant font would look well on a music CD cover, for example.
All the letters of the monolinear calligraphic font Capistrano BF are joined together. The many alternative characters ensure that a wide range of diverse effects can be created with this dynamic font.
Use the calligraphic Danielle BF in contexts in which an informal and popular effect is required. For example, Danielle BF is at home on menus of trendy restaurants, labels for organic products and in publications for children.
The inspiration for the somewhat eccentric Dragonfly BF was provided by fonts created in the early 20th century, such as Windsor™ and Greeting Monotone™.
This elegant but somewhat light-hearted sans serif is named for the exclusive region of New York State. Although originally intended to be a headline font, Hamptons BF can also be used to set short texts.
This retro font was influenced by a furniture advertisement dating to the 1950s and it embodies the pure style of this era. Although Retroscript BF is a calligraphic font, it works best in uppercase.
Thanks to the availability of abundant alternative letters, you can use the forceful and vivacious Sherbet BF to create a wide range of different effects.
SoHo Nights BF
Sensual curves and tapering lines provide this font, named after a New York bar, with a unique look that evokes the concepts of German and French Art Nouveau.
