Linotype Ego™ font family

Designed by Jörn Rings in 1999

Jörn Rings

The German designer Jörn Rings created the font Linotype Ego™ in 1999. Linotype Ego is part of the Take Type Library, chosen from the entries of the 1999 International Digital Type Design Contest. The forms of Linotype Ego have all the spontaneity and charm of true sketchy handwriting and the font will lend a personal character to private correspondence like letters or greeting cards. Linotype Ego is legible in even in small point sizes and is meant for short to middle length texts and headlines.
